Healthcare Employment Partners are looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistants (female) to work in and around the Spalding area, providing companionship, personal care and general help within the homes of our service users.
The aim is to assist the clients to live as independently as possible, whilst also ensuring their home environment remains safe. Good communication skills and the desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others would benefit you largely in this role, as you will be required to cater for the client’s personal needs and develop good working relationships.
We require experienced care assistants it is essential that you drive and have own transport as the role will require you to travel.
