Healthcare Employment Partners Ltd are currently recruiting enthusiastic, compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our agency and support our clients based in Andover area with easy access and public transport access.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care
- Assisting at mealtimes
- Promoting companionship
- Maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with activities and interests
- Promoting independence, choice and dignity
- Provide physical and emotional support, ensuring that respect, dignity and professional boundaries are maintained at all time
The candidate:
- Will have minimum 6 months of experience within social care sector
- Valid DBS (desirable)
- Driving License and use of a car (desirable)
- You must be able to build relationships with service users to ensure they receive the highest level of personal care, including feeding, washing and dressing
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to communicate effectively and confidentially to all parties involved
- You will be committed and passionate in delivering the highest standards in Care
- Due to the nature of the industry you must be reliable and committed to the role you have chosen
- Ability to work under pressure supporting organizations needing your support
