Salary: – Current salary + 20%

Responsibilities – A brief overview of the role requirements:
You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and lapsed clients as well as bringing in new business. Over-achievement of KPIs and targets set by the board is what we are looking for. The ideal candidate will motivate colleagues and show exemplary leadership, making your region the outlier in the group. You will be hands-on, getting involved in the 360-recruitment process when necessary, leading from the front.
You will work closely with the Group Operations Director and colleagues in our Central Operations Office, who are engaged in continuous search and registration of candidates/compliance.
What we are looking for:
- Established client relationships brought to the table
- Established candidate pool
- Experience within the Driving and Industrial Sector
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Articulate and well presented
- Target driven
- Good IT skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Driving Licence
- Senior Consultants / Managers looking to move to the next level will be considered for the role, provided they can demonstrate high-level relationships within our sectors.
