About this role
As an Agency Care Worker you will be supporting people who require additional support with various tasks that meets the needs of each and every service user, this could include: household tasks, personal care, administration of medication or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

- Candidates must have at least 6 months paid Care experience
- Driving License and use of a car would be desirable but not essential

- The ability to communicate effectively and confidently to all parties involved
- You must thrive in helping others and ensure the service user and the placement company is completely satisfied with the level of care and support you have provided them with
- Due to the nature of the industry you must be reliable and committed to the role you have chosen
- Ability to work under pressure supporting organizations needing your support
